A maximum of 16 people can attend a Splasherist Experience session in Bath and Worcester, 26 can join in Bristol. Party package is available upon request from 8 participants.
Each session at Splasherist lasts for 50 minutes, during which you can pour, splash, sprinkle, or blow paint on the canvas. If more than 8 participants are in your group, we automatically extend the Splasherist experience for 75 minutes, if extra time is available when the booking is made. If you visit a guided workshop, you will receive your specific time slots in the confirmation email.
Please arrive on time for your session and follow the postcode and address. The slot is 50 minutes long, giving you enough time to change before the session starts. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your workshop begins.
The programs are not recommended for children under 5 years of age. Children between 5 and 16 years old may attend the Splasherist Experience with a booked in adult, guarantor or guardian present during the session. Participants above 16 years old can attend the Splasherist Experience programs freely, but workshops are available with a booked in adult or guarantor present with them. T&C's apply.
If you are running late, you can enter the studio up to 25 minutes before your session is scheduled to finish. However, if you experience a significant delay beyond that, it will be considered as a no-show. We recommend planning route, parking (parkopedia website) before arrival. If you miss your experience for any reason, no refund or reconciliation can be requested unfortunately. Cancellation policy applies.
All bookings for our services are final. You can cancel your session once up to 7 days in advance by emailing info@splasherist.com. In such cases, we can provide a rebooking code and open up the session to others. If you fail to cancel within 7 days, your booking will be final and you cannot request a refund or rebooking code. Please contact us immediately in such situations, and we will do our best to assist you. Cancellation Policy applies.
Yes, we have safe lockers available for storing handbags and rucksacks. We also operate CCTV throughout the premises. However, we do not take any responsibility for the valuables stored in the lockers or any coats and other luggage left outside the lockers. Please do not wear any valuables while attending our session as we cannot take responsibility for them in any circumstances.
All of the artworks and crafts you have created during your sessions at the Splasherist studio are yours to take home. At Splasherist Experience upon arrival, you will receive full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a rain poncho or overalls for clothes protection, shoe covers, and a shield or goggles for eye protection. These must be worn throughout the session. Gloves and masks are also available for use but must be left on-site after the session, except for privately purchased, brand new PPE sets that you may keep for personal use in future sessions. A/4 stretched canvas or canvas board of your choice, along with 4 x 150 ml of paint, palettes for mixing, brushes, sponges, and other interesting painting tools will be provided.
The Workshops are fully equipped with the materials and tools that you will need, to make your own artisan artwork.
Yes, you can take your artwork home on the day, or you have the option to collect it later. Alternatively, we can send it to you via courier after it has fully cured and dried, for a fee of £6.50 / £8.90. You can manage the delivery or collection with the studio you visited directly. Studios are keeping the artworks for 3 months, then they will be given to a local charity.
While we provide mostly washable paint, we cannot take responsibility for staining or damaging your clothes. We recommend wearing comfortable and less sensitive fabrics, that can withstand higher temperatures for washing. Bring your own music (speaker is provided) and drink if you would like.
Yes, the paint we use in every Splasherist session is non toxic, washable paint, which is safe for all ages from 3 years and up. Paint is also suitable to use during pregnancy.
All of our studios are wheelchair accessible. However wheelchair accessible toilet facilities are available in our Bristol location only. We are committed providing the Splasherist experience to everyone, so we encourage you joining us. We are continuously working to improve accessibility. We have our own rollators if you wish to use.
There is free on-street parking available for a duration of 1 hour in Bath Widcombe Courtesy street. Free parking is available at Bristol in a private parking area at Willway yard, however in Worcester we recommend to use public car park. Please use Parkopedia website for further live parking information at all locations.
While we do accept walk-ins, please note that our sessions are highly popular on weekends and have limited spaces available. We strongly recommend pre-booking to secure your spot.
You have the option to pay online, you can visit our studio and pay with cash, bank card, Apple Pay, or a Gift voucher. We accept reservations placed via our studio, our website splasherist.com or on our partners website ClassBento also YUUP pages. Tickets bought elsewhere other than Splasherist stalls, are likely will not be acceptable. Please check with your studio.
Blue light discount and Student Discounts are available on weekdays (including Bank Holidays ;) ) only, group discounts and returning discounts are available at all times for timetabled events only. Subject of eligibility. Follow us on social media for the codes! Proof will be asked at the door, so please be prepared.
BYOB and Drinks are permitted during the session and you can always access your locker, if you need to have a snack or a drink. Please remember to change into appropriate attire before doing so. Fresh drinking water is available at the changing hall.
