In this policy, “us”, “we”, or “our” means Splasherist Limited trading as Splasherist, operators of this website and provider of live face to face workshops also retails artistic creations, physical and digital art products and art supply. Splasherist Limited is registered in England and Wales. With signing up to our services Customers are accepting our Terms and Conditions. This document includes general terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy and general terms of website usage. We have the right to review and modify our terms time to time without prior notice. Every update of this document results in immediate effect and all affected participants will be notified. 

The Splasherist Experience was designed to be suitable from ages 5 and up, and the Creators Playground workshops are available from ages 14+.  Food and drinks cannot be consumed during sessions. Brakes are provided during events which are more than 2 hours long.  

Customers signing up via third party websites or providers are also affected by these terms. 

1. Services 

Splasherist is a service provider of art and craft workshops also rage painting and freestyle painting sessions.  

1. Our Creators playground workshops led by professional instructors and trained staff to provide Customers a professional background for gaining knowledge of their interest. All necessary items are provided for the Customers comfort and successful completion of the workshop and all participants will receive own made physical products as the result of completion. Creators playground events are run in small groups of maximum of 6 participants and the duration is approximate at all events. All relevant details of the particular Creators Playground workshop will be provided for the participants before the event. Cancellation policy applies. Customers signing up via third party website or provider are also affected by these terms. Our all Creators Playground programs were designed to be suitable for ages 14+. Minors can attend with an adult supervision only and all participants must have valid booking to the same event. 
2. We reserve the right to amend the time and the location of the service. Due booking schedule confilcts, all parties will be notified prior this kind of event beforehand.
3. The Splasherist experience service is a freestyle painting session without particular guidance or instructions, where the Customers provided by all neccessities and extras for use during the painting session. We provide P.P.E., which includes rainponcho or coverall, faceshield or googles, shoecovers, gloves, facemasks for their protection. All paints used on these sessions are Scola Ready mix paints, which are environmental friendly, non toxic and safe to use from early years. The safety data sheet of these products can be inspected at our studio and office. Customers are allowed to use the studio for splash paint at their allocated spot, using art supplies provided on their craft trolley. As the events are public, Customers might meet other groups or individuals in the studio during their session. Privacy charge for exclusive right of use is available on request and applicable, if less than 6 people are attending any one timeslot. Privacy Charge is subject of availability and only on request. We will not charge the Customers extra privacy charge if they are the only attendees on the Splasherist experience in the timeslot. The studio availability is approximately 50 minutes for one session. Customers will receive a set sized canvas, which can be taken home after the event. Upgrades ofv equipments and canvas size are available upon request and subject to availability and resulting in surcharge. Our official prices are available online and in the shop. The Splasherist experience can be attended from minimum of 5 years of age. Minors only can attend with an adult or guarantor present and all participants must be booked in to the same event. Customers signing up via third party website or providers are also affected by these terms. Cancellation Policy applies. 
4. Splasherist operates a cosmetic laboratory space for hand crafted natural cosmetic products also organises workshops for hand crafted cosmetics making for the public. Our cosmetic making workshop is designed by experienced scientist and led by trained and experienced tutors. All necessary items are provided for the Customers comfort and successful completion of the workshop and all participants will receive own made physical products as the result of completion. Cosmetic making workshops are part of the Creators Playground event selection. We run our events in small groups of maximum of 6 participants and the duration is approximate at all events. All relevant details of the particular Creators Playground workshop will be provided for the participants before the event. Cancellation policy applies. Customers signing up via third party website or provider are also affected by these terms. Our all Creators Playground Cosmetic making programs were designed to be suitable for ages 18+. 

1. Splasherist Gift Voucher 
2. Customers looking to purchase event and experience tickets for future events, the Splasherist Gift Vouchers are available on splasherist.com. Gift vouchers can be used only towards booking Creatorts playground workshops including art and craft classes also cosmetic making workshops Splash&Dance and Splasherist Experience.  Splasherist Gift vouchers cannot be used towards of purchases of new Splasherist Gift Vouchers, physical item or made to order service payment. Splasherist Gift Vouchers have 365 days validity. Gift Voucher issued by third party website Beyonk. T&C and transaction fees applied.

Splasherist does not take any responsibility of false or misleading information published elsewhere and the validity of vouchers and discount codes purchased at any third party websites, on any online marketplaces and at any program providers and tourist services. Customers have the own responsibility to research the platform if it is safe to purchase any of our services or products. All information on our service procedures and partners list might be requested from us on info@splasherist.com  
3. Third party vouchers from safe and reliable source might be used on our website under the voucher provider’s and our General Terms and conditions. These orders and bookings can be solely managed, amended and cancelled via the original voucher provider’s platform, so please contact them first with every enquiry. For general enquiry the info@splasherist.com is available. Splasherist does not take any responsibility for incorrect or false information obtained at third party websites. All our services details and latest Terms and conditions are announced prior the events and can be referenced and accessed at www.splasherist.com . 
4. Splasherist will not interfere in the Customer and Voucher providers’ affairs in any way prior the event or in the case of missed event. On the day of event at the arrival the Customer will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions which entiltles the entry to participate on our events. Other than providing the announced events to members of Third Party Voucher providers we do not take any responsibility of the communication or payment channels they used also the accessibilty of these transactions and interactions between parties at all. If you wish to make a note to us about your experience occured via a third party website please notify us on info@splasherist.com .  
5. Return policy  
6. In the case of booking any of our events or experiences, there is no cash refund may be requested. Cancellation policy applies. 

1. All orders and bookings via Third Party websites or Splasherist Partners’ solely might be managed, amended or cancelled via the original voucher provider’s platform, so please contact them first with every enquiry. For general enquiry the info@splasherist.com is available. 
2. Booking fee or transaction charge, delivery fees 
3. Our booking system is powered by Beyonk, thus all appointments, event and experience tickets also vouchers can be purchased via their platform redirected from www.splasherist.com . Beyonk is an official partner of Splasherist which provides safe, straightforward and easy booking experience to our Customers.  
4. The booking fees percentage varies by cart value, but cannot be more than 6% of the core order. The booking fee is non refundable and non transferable, however the whole amount of booking fee will be credited onto a discount voucher which can be redeemed at the Customer’s next Splasherist experience bookings check out page or can be used in person at our studio. These Vouchers are valid for 90 days, and Splasherist Gift Voucher T&C’s apply. 

1. Splasherist Gift Vouchers are e-gifts. Printed Hard copy can be requested once from the whole order via info@splasherist.com for free of charge. Replacement or redelivery of Gift Card or Voucher items occur in £5.5 surcharge. 
2. Delivery of Splasherist Experience artworks are charged on a flat rate. Please see our actual prices at the studio, which includes packaging, insurance and delivery fees of courier. Orders can be placed offline or at the studio or, and can be paid by cash or card.   
3. Payments and transactions 
4. All orders on splasherist.com website or in person must be pre-paid before fulfilment. All orders are placed in GBP. 
5. In the case that you pay for an order with your credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers, however it may be retained by our payment gateway provider Square and Stripe in circumstances where this is required. 
6. In the case of offline payment, you will be asked to contact us to arrange payment. This process must be completed before you use our services. 
7. In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient account balance or card credit, or cheque dishonour, we do not warrant that slot will be held until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment method made to function 
8. In the case of purchase of any of our services and slots, there is no refund may be requested. Cancellation policy is applied. 
9. In our High street shop and studio Customers can pay by cash, contactless, credit or debit card, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple pay and Google pay via Sum Up.  
10. Any damage caused by Customer(s) which occured from the intended or deliberate improper use of our website, premisses, tools, services or products must be logged by our staff member and must be paid by the Customer upon invoice. Customers caught causing deliberate discomfort to our Customers or Staff members will be asked to leave the studio immediately and on the scale of their acts they might get reported to the authorities.

12. Certain areas of this website may contain links to external websites. These external websites do not form part of this website and are not within our control. We do not accept any responsibility for the contents of any third party website. 
13. Certain areas of this website may display third party advertising. Our display of this advertising should not be construed in any way as an endorsement or recommendation of the advertising network, advertiser, or their products or services. 
14. Certain areas of this website may provide the ability to contact third parties. If you contact any third party as a consequence of visiting this website, we do not accept any responsibility for any communications or activity (including but not limited to business transactions) between yourself and the third party. 
15. We never share personal information to any third party, and we don’t have access to your payment details made via Stripe or Square. 
16. Customers caught causing deliberate discomfort to our Customers or Staff members will be asked to leave the studio immediately and on the scale of their acts they might get reported to the authorities.

1. Cancellation policy 

All bookings to our services are final.  

1. When booking Splasherist Experience customers might cancel their session not later than 168 hours (7 days) prior the event by emailing to info@splasherist.com their booking reference and contact details for full reconcilliation. For those Customers who noticing us 7 days prior their booked event Splasherist will provide an one time Splasherist Gift voucher on the face value of the full amount spent on booking (not including booking fees), that Customers can use for future bookings or spend in our shop for physical product purchase of their choice as Gift Card. In case of rebooking an event additional booking fees will not reoccur, if the same booking order is being placed. If there are additional items in your cart above the Gift voucher amount, the fees are subject of payment (6%+20p) however Customers can upgrade canvas, paint and P.P.E on site for free. Splasherist Gift Card of physical items cannot be used towards to delivery option payment. This must be paid separately or product(s) can be reserved and collected from our shop without any extra charge. All physical product offer and Gift Card is subject to our General Terms and Conditions. The voucher or card is valid for 30 days.  

If a Customer fails cancelling their session in 168 hours advance, the booking is considered final and refund or Gift Voucher cannot be requested automatically. In this case please contact us immediately and we will see what can we do. We will answer your enquiry as soon, as we can (not later than 48hours) meanwhile we recommend to try rehoming your tickets, like you would do with your spare theatre or cinema tickets.  

If we are able to offer your booked session to those who signed up to our waiting list, and the slot will be booked in again, we will be able provide you an one time 30 days expiry date Splasherist Gift voucher to use again for booking.  

If the session is unsold and nobody turns up to use Customers’ booked slot, Splasherist does not hold any warranty and is not accountable for the missed session caused by any reason, that is out of Splasherist’s control in any way which prevented the Customers in attending the program. In this sad case we are only able to provide our Customers with an one time 20% off discount coupon and we hope to greet them soon.  

1. When booking a Creators Playground or Cosmetic craft workshop please consider that the booking is final. Customers’ responsibility to determine their own suitability to an event and assess their own ability to participate on that particular workshop of their interest. If Customers cannot make it on the day and are unable to rehome their booked spaces, please let us know at info@splasherist.com or call and text 07828225087 immediately quoting the booking reference number. We will answer every enquiry as soon, as we can (not later than 48hours) meanwhile we recommend to try rehoming their tickets, like their would do with their spare theatre or cinema tickets.  

If we are able to offer the cancelled session to those who signed up to our waiting list, and if Splasherist can resell their space to an other Customer, they will be provided by an alternative date or an one time Splasherist Experience Gift voucher of the full amount of their booking. (Not including booking fees). In case of rebooking an event additional booking fees will not reoccur, if the same amount is being spent. If there are additional items in the Customers cart above the Gift voucher amount, the fees are subject of payment which is not greater than 6%+20p. 

If the cancelled session is unsold and nobody turns up to use Customers’ booked slot, Splasherist does not hold any warranty and is not accountable for the missed session caused by any reason, that is out of Splasherist’s control in any way which prevented the Customers in attending the program. In this sad case we are only able to provide our Customers with an one time 20% off discount coupon they can use towards to their next Splasherist Experience booking, and we hope to greet them soon.  

1. Refund in full (including booking fees) is available only when the provider cancels its events for any reason. In case of cancellation we contact the participants immediately. At first along the refund option an alternative date will be offered to all who were affected, so they will not missing out on their experience. Customers choosing to rebook their session will receive 10 Pound Sterling Face value Splasherist Gift Voucher. 

Customers choosing to exchange their booking value to Experience Voucher or physical items Splasherist Gift Card are entilted for further 10 Pound Sterling credit on their Splasherist Gift Voucher / Card account.  

Refund is available immediately on request and the full amount including booking fees will be provided for those are affected in cancellation of a Splasherist event. Customers will receive 10 Pounds Sterling off Splasherist voucher above their full refund amount.
