In this policy, “us”, “we”, or “our” means Splasherist Limited trading as Splasherist, operators of this website and provider of live face to face workshops also retails artistic creations, physical and digital art products and art supply. Splasherist Limited is registered in England and Wales. With signing up to our services Customers are accepting our Terms and Conditions. This document includes general terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy and general terms of website usage. We have the right to review and modify our terms time to time without prior notice. Every update of this document results in immediate effect and all affected participants will be notified.
The Splasherist Experience was designed to be suitable from ages 5 and up, and the guided workshops are available from ages 14+. Food cannot be consumed during sessions. Brakes are provided during events which are more than 2 hours long.
Customers signing up via third party websites such as Yuup or Class Bento are also affected by these terms.
1. Services
1.Splasherist is a service provider of art and craft workshops also rage painting and freestyle painting sessions.
2. Our Guided workshops led by professional instructors and trained staff to provide Customers a professional background for gaining knowledge of their interest. All necessary items are provided for the Customers comfort and successful completion of the workshop and all participants will receive own made physical products as the result of completion. Guided events are run in small groups of maximum of 6-10 participants and the duration is approximate at all events. All relevant details of the particular guided workshop will be provided for the participants before the event. Cancellation policy applies. Customers signing up via third party website or provider are also affected by these terms. Our all guided programs were designed to be suitable for ages 14+. Minors can attend with an adult supervision only and all participants must have valid booking to the same event.
3. We reserve the right to amend the time and the location of the service. Due booking schedule conflicts, all parties will be notified prior this kind of event beforehand.
4. The Splasherist experience service is a freestyle painting session without particular guidance or instructions, where the Customers provided by all necessities and extras for use during the painting session. We provide P.P.E., which includes rain poncho or coverall, face shield or goggles, shoe covers, gloves, and facemasks for their protection. All paints used on these sessions are non toxic and non allergenic, which are environmental friendly, non toxic and safe to use from early years. The safety data sheet of these products can be inspected at our studio and office. Customers are allowed to use the studio privately for splash paint at their allocated spot, using art supplies provided on their craft trolley. When a self guided workshop is public, Customers might meet other groups or individuals in the studio during their session. Privacy for exclusive right of use is available on events not publicly announced. The studio availability is approximately 50 minutes for one session. Customers will receive a set sized canvas, which can be taken home after the event or after drying.
5. Upgrades of equipment and canvas size are available upon request and subject to availability and may result in surcharge. Our official prices are available online and in the studio. The Splasherist experience can be attended from minimum of 5 years of age. Minors only can attend with an adult or guarantor present and all participants must be booked in to the same event. Supervising adult complimentary ticket is available from 10 paid participants. Customers signing up via third party website or providers are also affected by these terms. Cancellation Policy applies.
2. Splasherist Gift Card
1. Customers looking to purchase event and experience tickets for future events, the Splasherist Gift Cards are available on splasherist.com. Gift Cards can be used only towards booking guided or self guided workshops including art and craft classes run by Splasherist studios, including Splash&Dance and Splasherist Experience. Splasherist Gift cards cannot be used towards of purchases of new Splasherist Gift Cards, physical item or made to order service payment. Splasherist Gift Cards have 365 days validity. Gift Card issued by third party website must be redeemed on the website issued. Beyonk Gift Cards can be redeemed via studios directly. T&C applies.
3. Third party vouchers
1. Splasherist does not take any responsibility of false or misleading information published elsewhere and the validity of vouchers and discount codes purchased at any third party websites, on any online marketplaces and at any program providers and tourist services. Customers have the own responsibility to research the platform, if it is safe to purchase any of our services or products. All information on our service procedures and partners list might be requested from us on info@splasherist.com
2. Third party vouchers from safe and reliable source might be used on our website under the voucher provider’s and our General Terms and conditions. These orders and bookings can be solely managed, amended and cancelled via the original voucher provider’s platform, so please contact them first with every enquiry. For general enquiry the info@splasherist.com is available. Splasherist does not take any responsibility for incorrect or false information obtained at third party websites. All our services details and latest Terms and conditions are announced prior the events and can be referenced and accessed at www.splasherist.com .
3. Splasherist will not interfere in the Customer and Voucher providers’ affairs in any way prior the event or in the case of missed event. On the day of event at the arrival the Customer will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions which entitles the entry to participate on our events. Other than providing the announced events to members of Third Party Voucher providers we do not take any responsibility of the communication or payment channels they used also the accessibility of these transactions and interactions between parties at all. If you wish to make a note to us about your experience occured via a third party website please notify us on info@splasherist.com .
4. Return/ refund policy
1. In the case of booking any of our events or experiences, there is no cash refund may be requested. Cancellation policy applies.
2. All orders and bookings via Third Party websites or Splasherist Partners’ solely might be managed, amended or cancelled via the original voucher provider’s platform, so please contact them first with every enquiry. For general enquiry the info@splasherist.com is available.
5. Booking fee or transaction charge, delivery fees
1. Our booking system is powered by Vagaro, thus all appointments, event and experience tickets also vouchers and gift cards can be purchased via their platform redirected from www.splasherist.com . Vagaro is an official partner of Splasherist which provides safe, straightforward and easy booking experience to our Customers.
2. There is no booking fee on our services from 21th August 2025.
3. We introduced to charge of £20 for appointment rescheduling.
4. Party packages are including the package upgrade extras.
5. Delivery of artworks may be requested by the customer on the day after the event, and it incurs extra charge. £5 on the day, £6.5 if booked online for small parcel, £8.90 for medium parcels to one address. Delivery of Splasherist Experience artworks are charged on a flat rate. Please see our actual prices at the studio, which includes packaging, insurance and delivery fees of courier. Orders can be placed offline or at the studio or online and can be paid by cash or card.
6. Splasherist Gift Vouchers are e-gifts. Printed Hard copy can be requested once from the whole order via info@splasherist.com for free of charge. Replacement or redelivery of Gift Card or Voucher items occur in £10 surcharge.
6. Payments and transactions
1. All orders on splasherist.com website or in person must be pre-paid before fulfilment. All orders are placed in GBP.
2. In the case that you pay for an order with your credit card, we do not store your credit card number on our servers, however it may be retained by our payment gateway provider Square Vagaro and Stripe in circumstances where this is required.
3. In the case of offline payment, you will be asked to contact us to arrange payment. This process must be completed before you use our services.
4. In cases where your payment for an order fails for reasons including but not limited to insufficient account balance or card credit, or cheque dishonour, we do not warrant that slot will be held until an alternate payment method is available or the original payment method made to function
5. In the case of purchase of any of our services and slots, there is no refund may be requested. Cancellation policy is applied.
6. In our studios Customers can pay by cash, contactless, credit or debit card, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple and Google pay pay via Vagaro.
7. Any damage caused by Customer(s) which occured from the intended or deliberate improper use of our website, premisses, tools, services or products must be logged by our staff member and must be paid by the Customer upon invoice. Customers caught causing deliberate discomfort to our Customers or Staff members will be asked to leave the studio immediately and on the scale of their acts they might get reported to the authorities.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The personal information we collect falls into four categories: contact details, click trails, activity history, and publishable content. Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for securing time slot to our live action services.
Contact details are collected as supplied by you from time to time. We do not personally store usable credit or debit card information. Where a record is required, we entrust credit cards to our payment gateway and store only the last few digits and expiry date of your credit card solely for purposes of identity confirmation and forewarning of expiry.
Click trails record the paths taken by visitors through the website. This information is generally recorded against IP address, and may be possible to correlate by computer.
Activity History consists of orders, enquiries, votes submitted via the website, or offline contact you have with us such as phone calls.
Publishable content consists of comments or other submissions of content you would like us to publish on our website.

We keep your name, telephone number and email address for 30 days after your booking time slot had been used. We will then dispose your information automatically via our system.

In the case of purchase of any of our services and slots, there is no refund may be requested. Cancellation policy is applied.
Physical items on stock are subject of return or exchange within 14 days of purchase with the original purchase receipt if arrives damaged or it is not as it has been described.
Customised or made to order products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original purchase receipt if arrives damaged or it is not as it has been described. The made to order products cannot be cancelled nor withdrawn as the production commences when Customer receives the confirmation email from Splasherist.
8. TAX INVOICE
Upon completion of your order, we will supply a Tax Invoice to you in the form of an email. Please ensure that the email address you have provided us is correct.
9. SECURITY
We use industry-standard SSL encryption where applicable to protect the privacy of information in transit between this website, yourself, and our suppliers including payment gateways.
You acknowledge that the security of communications sent by electronic means cannot be guaranteed. You provide information to us via the internet at your own risk. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
